Selected especially for one of you.

Found an article, published about a month ago, about the accumulation of risk factors that occur with teens that sleep less than 8 hours a day.  Here is what I'd like you to consider.  Will these risk factors affect teens sooner or later (that is earlier in life or later in life.)?  Much of the article discusses calorie intake and source of calories, so how does the source of calories affect the health of an individual?  Should teens that are obese just be concerned?  When posting your discussion/arguments, please find other articles to back up your points.  Link to them or provide a link in the text.  Discuss below.
